About Returns

Customers may request a refund for a product within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging . Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after the returned product has been received and inspected.
